Project Description
The Dixon was designed to showcase our ability to customise a home for a very odd shape block. A 45 square, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with excellent outdoor indoor. As it turned out has become a very adaptable and popular starting point for their own custom design.
The Dixon 45 has won the 2015 Hills Council Building and Design Award in the category of under $1,250,000.00 home.
